POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Our UK Standard Delivery is £3.99. 

Orders are sent via Royal Mail's 48 Service. A signature is not required. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. 

UK Express Delivery is £5.99 - Orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 Service. A signature is not required. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

Generally orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday are sent the same day. Orders places after this time will be sent the next working day. Orders places at the weekend will be posted Monday morning (excluding Bank Holidays).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CUSTOMS & DUTIES CHARGES UPDATE

Due to Brexit unfortunately all international deliveries may be subject to custom and duties charges upon delivery. These charges are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by The Carve Shop.

Postage charges and delivery times may vary depending on your location. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

All packages are shipped via Royal Mail. Please allow 10-20 working days for delivery to Europe and 15–25 working days to the Rest of the World.

If you have not received your order within 25 working days of dispatch please do get in contact, a member of our Customer Service team will be happy to help. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs.

 

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

 

If the custom charges are refused by the customer and the parcel is returned to us the sender only the order value (excluding postage) will be refunded.

A refund will only be processed once the parcel is received back to us, the sender.

What if only part of my order turns up?

We might send part of your order if an item is out of stock. We'll always email you first about out of stock items and ask if you'd like a replacement or refund.
If we've just made a mistake with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll send out any missing items as a matter of priority.

What if my stuff doesn't turn up?
Please contact us as soon as possible. There may be a problem with your order or delivery address. 

What if my stuff doesn't arrive in time?
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the vagaries of the Post Office! But give us an email and we'll give you what information we can and try to reach a solution.

How do you work out the postage?
Postage is based on weight. We've got a massive set of scales; we weighed every item and told the database how much each one costs to post. 

How do you send items outside of the UK?
Foreign orders are sent air mail.

How much does postage cost outside of the UK?
It's based on the weight of the order and worked out at the checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship most large items outside of the UK. Some have an exception, but please be aware of this when ordering items that need a courier service.

Do you discount postage for multiple items?
Our postage costs are fixed and include paying the elves to wrap stuff, all the brown paper, Jonny's favourite sticky tape (don't ask) and the odd biscuit. Rest assured we don't make profit from the postage, those Jiffy bags are expensive...

Can I have goods sent to a different address than the card is registered to?
If you want us to send the goods to an address that is not the card address, input this at the checkout, you'll be given space to enter the delivery address.
